Outbound-focused SDR responsible for researching prospects, building qualified lead lists, executing high-volume outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone), booking discovery calls/demos, and maintaining HubSpot CRM. Collaborates with US sales team, refines messaging and sequences, and qualifies leads for pipeline growth.

Drive outbound business development across luxury retail, real estate, and fintech to sell crypto escrow and wallet screening. Manage the full sales cycle, pitch to luxury dealers, private banks and UHNW clients, build referral networks of advisors and lawyers, map elite ecosystems (Switzerland, EU, UAE), and keep abreast of crypto and regulatory trends to bridge tech operations and high-value clientele.

Extract and enter contract data into spreadsheets, categorize contracts, validate accuracy using ContractSafe AI, and produce data reports to support legal and administrative teams. Remote, high-volume contract processing with accuracy and timely delivery.

Outbound-focused SDR responsible for researching prospects, building lead lists, executing high-volume email/LinkedIn/phone outreach, booking qualified discovery calls/demos, and maintaining HubSpot CRM while collaborating with the US sales team to refine messaging and sequences.

Own and coordinate the release process for browser and admin panels across Infrastructure, Product, Dev and QA. Manage CI/CD pipelines, timelines, quality gates, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement to ensure smooth, on-time deployments.

Manage and scale high-volume Klaviyo email campaigns and automations for an e-commerce client using AI tools. Build and optimize flows, run A/B tests, ensure deliverability and QA, collaborate on strategy, and iterate on segmentation and timing to drive revenue growth.

Manage and qualify top-of-funnel leads: import/export and clean data in CRM, enroll leads in Marketo, review profiles and engagement, score leads per ICP, forward high-potential leads to sales, follow SOPs, handle replies quickly, and support light data entry and reporting while collaborating with Sales and Ops.

Respond to customer tickets (written and occasional calls), guide customers on nutrition, subscriptions, and orders, track/document responses, stay current on product/promotions, handle potential future inbound calls, and provide feedback to improve processes and service quality.
