Build and manage high-volume outbound email campaigns, execute multi-step sequences, respond to and qualify leads, maintain target lists, test ICPs and messaging, report funnel metrics, and keep CRM data accurate. The role requires independent work, strong written English, data-driven decision-making, and availability during 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST. Experience with services or custom software sales, HubSpot, AI research, and web scraping is a bonus.

Outbound-focused SDR responsible for researching prospects, building lead lists, executing high-volume email/LinkedIn/phone outreach, booking qualified discovery calls/demos, and maintaining HubSpot CRM while collaborating with the US sales team to refine messaging and sequences.
