Manage and scale high-volume Klaviyo email campaigns and automations for an e-commerce client using AI tools. Build and optimize flows, run A/B tests, ensure deliverability and QA, collaborate on strategy, and iterate on segmentation and timing to drive revenue growth.

Respond to customer tickets (written and occasional calls), guide customers on nutrition, subscriptions, and orders, track/document responses, stay current on product/promotions, handle potential future inbound calls, and provide feedback to improve processes and service quality.
