Provide customer support for a restaurant technology platform through email, live chat, and Zoom. Resolve issues, explain technical concepts clearly, manage support queues and response metrics, document bugs and feature feedback, identify recurring problems, maintain knowledge-base content, de-escalate customers, and participate in weekend on-call rotations.

Maintains accurate product and SKU data across ERP, PIM, and e-commerce systems. Responsibilities include product setup, data validation, discrepancy resolution, vendor follow-up, launch-readiness tracking, recurring audits, catalog cleanups, and process improvement. The role requires strong spreadsheet skills, exceptional attention to detail, professional written English, organization, and comfort with recurring process-driven work. It is fully remote with required overlap during US Eastern Time.

Supports procurement and sales by tracking SKUs, purchase orders, vendor invoices, order confirmations, and product launches. Maintains accurate records in Excel, Zendesk, ERP, and invoicing systems while assisting procurement and logistics teams with administrative and data tasks. The role requires strong English communication, multitasking, attention to detail, and availability for a remote contract aligned with US Eastern Time.
