Monitor performance, optimise campaigns, and partner cross-functionally. Coach and develop the Brand Executive and manage agencies and external partners to deliver measurable commercial outcomes.

Lead multiple engineering teams through Engineering Managers and Tech Leads to deliver reliable, high-quality systems. Own technical direction, domain architecture, delivery, operational health, CI/CD, observability, incident response, and measurable outcomes. Partner with Product and Design and drive AI-native, AI-augmented engineering practices across the domain.

High-volume, phone-based role converting tradies from free trials to paid memberships. Make outbound and inbound calls, meet daily activity and revenue targets, handle objections, enter customer data into Salesforce CRM, follow scripts and compliance, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced call centre environment.
