Lead multiple software teams via Engineering Managers and Tech Leads to own delivery, technical direction, operational health, and business outcomes. Set architecture, CI/CD, testing, observability, security, and AI-native engineering practices while partnering with Product and Design to prioritise impactful work and develop leaders.

Lead two squads to accelerate AI across customer operations, owning Salesforce platform custody and an AI agent portfolio in production. Co-author and execute the AI transformation roadmap, guide architecture across vendor and in-house systems, enforce engineering quality (CI/CD, testing, observability, security), and partner with cross-functional leaders. Hire, mentor and grow technical leaders while balancing build/configure/vendor decisions to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

Lead strategy and roadmap for hipages' AI infrastructure and front-end core, define AI guardrails and patterns, unify app logic and CMS, embed automated quality gates and observability, and deliver AI-ready front-end architectures tied to business KPIs.
