Receive, sort, inspect, tag, price, and merch donated items for a thrift store. Operate POS, open/close store and donation center, maintain donation areas and equipment, supervise and support volunteers, provide customer service, and follow organizational policies and safety procedures.

Provide case management for adults in 90-day transitional housing: intake, orientation, referrals, weekly budgeting and counseling, HMIS recordkeeping, volunteer coordination, housing inspections, aftercare, and community partnership outreach to support resident self-sufficiency.

Unpaid 3–6 month internship offering hands-on experience across social work, case management, HR, development, marketing, retail merchandising, project management, and events. Interns assist with client intake, outreach, research, content creation, administrative tasks, event support, and daily operations while building skills, networks, and receiving reference letters upon completion.

Run day-to-day thrift store operations: accept and sort donations, tag and merchandize items, manage inventory and volunteers, maintain customer service and store standards, and support store goals and procedures.
