Receive, sort, inspect, tag, price, and merch donated items for a thrift store. Operate POS, open/close store and donation center, maintain donation areas and equipment, supervise and support volunteers, provide customer service, and follow organizational policies and safety procedures.

Run day-to-day thrift store operations: accept and sort donations, tag and merchandize items, manage inventory and volunteers, maintain customer service and store standards, and support store goals and procedures.

Lead day-to-day operations for transitional housing programs: oversee facilities management, procurement, budgeting and forecasting, compliance, process improvement, and reporting. Mentor staff, manage Microsoft 365 and FreshService usage, handle purchasing and vendor relationships, and communicate with stakeholders to support residents and organizational goals.
