Teams at Hill College

Coordinates clinical education across health science programs by arranging student placements, managing clinical site partnerships, monitoring agreements and compliance documentation, and supporting advising, instruction, accreditation, assessment, and student success initiatives. Collaborates with faculty, healthcare agencies, students, and administrators to improve clinical learning experiences, expand partnerships, and support program growth. Requires current Texas RN licensure, clinical experience, organization, leadership, confidentiality, and occasional travel to clinical sites.

Supports dual-credit students, faculty, and school district partners through admissions, advising, academic planning, registration, financial aid, and graduation processes. Coordinates dual-credit programs, maintains compliance with academic and regulatory requirements, assists faculty with rosters and grade reporting, and guides users through college technology systems. The role develops institutional partnerships, presents information to stakeholders, supports student success initiatives, and travels between campuses as needed, including occasional evening and weekend work.
