Teams at Hill College

Provides comprehensive administrative support for Educational Partnerships, including calendar and records management, correspondence, purchasing, invoice tracking, data entry, event support, service tickets, and student and stakeholder assistance. Maintains organized departmental operations and supports dual credit programming while coordinating with leadership, faculty, staff, students, and external partners. Occasional travel and evening or weekend work may be required.

Provides administrative and operational support to Human Resources, including personnel records management, document imaging, onboarding coordination, HR documentation, work orders, recognition programs, meetings, and employee services. Maintains confidentiality, supports compliance and process improvement, assists HR leadership, and serves as a professional contact for employees, applicants, and campus departments. Travel between Hill College campuses may be required.

Coordinates clinical education across health science programs by arranging student placements, managing clinical site partnerships, monitoring agreements and compliance documentation, and supporting advising, instruction, accreditation, assessment, and student success initiatives. Collaborates with faculty, healthcare agencies, students, and administrators to improve clinical learning experiences, expand partnerships, and support program growth. Requires current Texas RN licensure, clinical experience, organization, leadership, confidentiality, and occasional travel to clinical sites.
