Oversee fund control and operations across existing and new funds or segregated mandates. Manage third-party administrators, banks, auditors, and compliance providers; coordinate valuations, NAVs, financial statements, investor reporting, audits, regulatory filings, budgeting, treasury activities, and product launches. Partner with investment, client relations, compliance, and operations teams while improving operating processes and supporting investor deliverables.

Supports a private credit investment team across credit underwriting, pipeline and portfolio management, borrower and origination-partner coordination, investment-theme research, and investor-facing activities. The role covers collateral-backed loans, opportunistic credit, real estate, asset-backed lending, corporate credit, and special situations. Candidates need financial modeling, analytical, communication, teamwork, and credit-investing skills. The position is based in Boston with on-site work four days per week and is expected to begin in Q1 2027.
