Join a new Private Equity Secondaries team to source, underwrite, and execute GP-led secondary and continuation vehicle transactions in the lower middle market. Responsibilities include due diligence, bottoms-up LBO and financial modeling, portfolio company quality-of-earnings and KPI benchmarking, GP relationship mapping, preparing IC-ready investment memoranda, and assisting with legal documentation review and cross-team collaboration.

Support private equity deal sourcing, due diligence, financial modeling, and portfolio monitoring across direct co-investments, primary funds, and secondaries. Prepare investment recommendations, conduct research and data analysis, and track market trends while working closely with senior team members.

Support public markets biotechnology research through company- and theme-focused projects, financial and scientific analysis, writing white papers, and evaluating investment partners. Communicate complex scientific and investment topics clearly for broader audiences while working with senior team members.
