What We Do
HighVista Strategies is a Boston-based, employee-owned alternative asset manager founded in 2004. The firm specializes in generating alpha opportunities within structurally inefficient markets. Its diverse investment strategies span private markets—including private credit, lower middle market private equity, and early-stage venture capital—as well as public markets, specifically biotechnology equities and hedged public market strategies, along with multi-strategy alternatives.
