Serve as the clinic front desk contact: greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, update electronic medical records, verify insurance and assist with billing, maintain organized front desk, perform administrative tasks, and deliver excellent customer service.

Lead and manage psychotherapy services across the organization, providing clinical supervision, program operations oversight, recruitment/onboarding, training, quality improvement, and community relationship-building. Ensure documentation, compliance, patient safety, and accreditation readiness while supporting staffing, access, and data-driven program growth; provide direct clinical care as needed.
