The RN Case Manager coordinates care for defined patient populations, working with teams to improve patient outcomes and resource management. Requires communication and problem-solving skills, as well as knowledge of healthcare funding resources and standards.

Lead hospital finance functions including accounting, revenue integrity, billing, reimbursement strategy, budgeting, cash flow, financial reporting, and payor negotiations. Guide senior management and boards, ensure GAAP and regulatory compliance, manage insurance and acquisitions, and drive operational changes to improve financial performance.

Performs diagnostic ultrasound exams using prescribed techniques, positions patients, communicates with care team and patients, documents findings, and participates in continuing education and community programs.

Perform varied food service tasks including food preparation, tray line service, cafeteria work, cashiering, and dishwashing to support department operations.

Supervise pharmacy technicians; dispense medications per physicians' orders; provide drug information and pharmaceutical care; manage centralized unit-dose and IV admixture services; maintain efficient pharmacy operations, policies, quality control, and perform technical or clerical duties as needed.
