Teams at Highland District Hospital

Provides direct patient care under RN/LPN direction following nursing process and hospital policies. Performs assigned tasks and uses required equipment to meet patient needs. Must have relevant clinical training or at least one year of clinical experience and be enrolled in or have completed required education.

Supervise pharmacy technicians; dispense medications per physicians' orders; provide drug information and pharmaceutical care; manage centralized unit-dose and IV admixture services; maintain efficient pharmacy operations, policies, quality control, and perform technical or clerical duties as needed.

The RN Case Manager coordinates care for defined patient populations, working with teams to improve patient outcomes and resource management. Requires communication and problem-solving skills, as well as knowledge of healthcare funding resources and standards.
