Teams at Highland District Hospital

Performs diagnostic ultrasound exams using prescribed techniques, positions and supports patients, communicates results with clinicians, participates in QA and continuing education, and collaborates with radiology staff and other care team members.

Provides direct patient care under supervision of nurses, following established policies and procedures to meet patient needs.

Provide direct patient care under direction of RNs and LPNs, following department and hospital policies and procedures. Use assigned tasks and equipment to meet specific patient population needs and demonstrate competency in nursing assistant duties.
