Greets staff, students, and visitors; manages student records and attendance; coordinates office communications, calendars, meetings, supplies, and visitor procedures; supports safety and emergency protocols; provides administrative and front-desk coverage and related duties in a school setting.

Oversee finance and accounting functions including full-cycle accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, benefits, cash management, journal entries, reconciliations, fixed asset schedules, budgeting, financial reporting, audit coordination, compliance with laws/regulations, and advising the CFO on financial decisions.
