Supports recruiting, applicant tracking, onboarding, benefits administration, leave management, workers’ compensation reporting, employment verification, credential evaluation, and compliance. Partners with hiring managers and departments to provide a strong candidate and new-hire experience. Administers benefits enrollment and advises employees on benefits and qualifying events while maintaining accurate records and updated onboarding documentation in accordance with California labor laws.

Supervise middle school students in an in-person aftercare program, maintain a safe and organized environment, take attendance, lead athletics and enrichment activities, support virtual learning and homework, and follow emergency procedures. The role also involves mentoring, tutoring, communicating effectively, and working with diverse student populations.

Provides administrative support for an expanded learning and aftercare program. Supervises school-aged children, takes attendance, maintains a safe environment, leads academic and enrichment activities, assists with homework, coordinates curriculum, communicates with families, and supports emergency procedures. May serve as second in command when the Aftercare Coordinator or Director is absent.
