Teams at High Tech High

Oversee finance and accounting functions including full-cycle accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, benefits, cash management, journal entries, reconciliations, fixed asset schedules, budgeting, financial reporting, audit coordination, compliance with laws/regulations, and advising the CFO on financial decisions.

Serve as liaison between High Tech High and post-secondary institutions to support concurrent enrollment: manage applications/registration, develop orientations, track enrollment and student progress, advise students on college and financial aid processes, support counselors, coordinate events, and maintain data systems (Scoir, PowerSchool, UC/CSU applications).

Provide in-person support for concurrent enrollment and college access: liaise with post-secondary partners, manage applications and data tracking, develop orientation and support systems, assist counseling teachers, guide students through financial aid, and coordinate college access programming and family engagement.
