Manage HACCP/GMP programs, develop SOPs and QC programs, track microbiological trends and SPC, ensure regulatory compliance (FSIS/USDA/FDA), coordinate audits (BRC), and support product/process improvements and customer specifications.

Support on-site live production compliance, animal welfare, and biosecurity across farms. Perform inspections, audits, monitoring (blood draws, feather scoring, SE monitoring), document findings, oversee bird movements, coordinate NPIP activities, and ensure resolution of reported issues per GMPs, SOPs, and industry standards.

Analyze production data to develop metrics, reports, and controls that identify constraints and drive process improvements across live production, pullets, barns, and feed mill. Support planning, prioritization, budgeting, and communication of findings to management; track key indicators and propose data-driven corrective actions.

Coordinate and execute construction, maintenance, and operational special projects across the ranch. Provide hands-on labor, technical support, project coordination, progress monitoring, safety and biosecurity compliance, material sourcing, budgeting support, site inspections, and vendor coordination while supporting project managers to ensure timely, quality completion.
