Lead and supervise FSQA staff to maintain food safety, animal welfare, and product quality across plant and live operations. Manage HACCP/GMP programs, develop SOPs and QC programs, track microbiological trends and SPC, ensure regulatory compliance (FSIS/USDA/FDA), coordinate audits (BRC), and support product/process improvements and customer specifications.

Support on-site live production compliance, animal welfare, and biosecurity across farms. Perform inspections, audits, monitoring (blood draws, feather scoring, SE monitoring), document findings, oversee bird movements, coordinate NPIP activities, and ensure resolution of reported issues per GMPs, SOPs, and industry standards.

Own and maintain accurate, compliant product data and labeling across ERP, GDSN, and labeling systems. Create and update specs, BOMs, and item records, support label design, audit data, enforce version control, and collaborate with QA, production, purchasing, and sales to keep all documentation audit-ready and compliant with federal and customer requirements.
