Operate and monitor thermoforming machinery that converts recycled plastic into egg cartons. Responsibilities include loading materials, replacing rolls, palletizing finished goods, scanning inventory, performing quality checks, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and reporting production issues. The role requires physical activity, PPE use, flexible scheduling, and transition from daytime training to a PM shift.

Packs eggs into cartons according to order specifications, inspects eggs for damage and quality, verifies carton and egg stamps, monitors the packing line, reports issues, and maintains a clean, safe, organized workstation. The role requires repetitive work, standing, bending, lifting up to 20 pounds, adherence to food safety and PPE requirements, and productivity in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
