Provides high-level administrative support to the Executive Director, including calendar, correspondence, Board governance, meeting preparation, and confidential records management. Coordinates executive projects from planning through implementation by establishing timelines, assigning responsibilities, tracking progress, resolving barriers, facilitating communication, and reporting results. Prepares polished executive and Board communications, presentations, reports, and documents while maintaining organized project and governance records.

Provides hospice nursing care to patients and families across Fargo and surrounding areas. Responsibilities include referrals, admissions, assessments, symptom management, care planning, documentation, patient and family education, physician-order implementation, and coordination with interdisciplinary care teams. The role floats among hospice service teams, requires flexible 10-hour shifts four days per week, and includes travel between locations.

Serve as a hospice clinical advisor and community liaison to identify hospice-eligible patients, coordinate referrals and admissions, educate providers and partners, develop referral relationships, execute territory outreach plans, and support clinical teams to ensure timely, high-quality end-of-life care.
