Teams at HIA Health

Lead and manage HIA Healths planned giving program, cultivate and steward a portfolio of 50-60 major planned-gift prospects, design and implement development strategies, expand legacy society participation, train colleagues, track donor metrics, and support Philanthropy initiatives and events.

Serve as a hospice clinical advisor and community liaison to identify hospice-eligible patients, coordinate referrals and admissions, educate providers and partners, develop referral relationships, execute territory outreach plans, and support clinical teams to ensure timely, high-quality end-of-life care.
