Performs hydrologic and hydraulic modeling for flow control, water quality, and conveyance systems while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on environmentally sustainable projects.

Serves as a strategic People and Culture advisor, coaching leaders, developing talent, managing performance and engagement programs, handling employee relations and investigations, supporting benefits and accommodations, leading recruitment, and improving HR processes. The role also mentors team members, partners on organizational initiatives, and helps advance leadership development, workforce planning, and employee experience across the organization.

Plan and support stormwater infrastructure, green stormwater infrastructure, watershed programs, climate adaptation, and municipal NPDES compliance initiatives. Prepare conceptual designs, technical reports, and planning documents; coordinate with agencies and project partners; support workshops, trainings, and public meetings; and manage multiple tasks across multidisciplinary environmental projects.

Supports stormwater infrastructure and urban watershed planning, including green stormwater infrastructure, regional treatment, municipal stormwater programs, NPDES compliance, climate vulnerability assessments, and adaptation planning. Produces technical documents, conceptual designs, cost estimates, and reports; coordinates with agencies and partners; and facilitates workshops, meetings, and trainings. Collaborates with engineers, scientists, landscape architects, planners, and GIS analysts on sustainable water-quality and ecosystem-health projects.
