Teams at Herrera Environmental Consultants, Inc.

Designs stormwater facilities, green infrastructure, civil site improvements, and stormwater retrofits. Produces plans, specifications, cost estimates, reports, and technical memoranda. Performs hydrologic and hydraulic modeling for flow control, water quality, and conveyance systems while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on environmentally sustainable projects.

Serves as a strategic People and Culture advisor, coaching leaders, developing talent, managing performance and engagement programs, handling employee relations and investigations, supporting benefits and accommodations, leading recruitment, and improving HR processes. The role also mentors team members, partners on organizational initiatives, and helps advance leadership development, workforce planning, and employee experience across the organization.

Plan and support stormwater infrastructure, green stormwater infrastructure, watershed programs, climate adaptation, and municipal NPDES compliance initiatives. Prepare conceptual designs, technical reports, and planning documents; coordinate with agencies and project partners; support workshops, trainings, and public meetings; and manage multiple tasks across multidisciplinary environmental projects.
