Lead and support climate adaptation, resilience planning, vulnerability assessments, risk analyses, and hazard mitigation projects. Collaborate with engineering, restoration, stormwater, geospatial, and planning teams; manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, and deliverables; develop client relationships and business opportunities; and advance climate-related initiatives involving watershed health, green infrastructure, shoreline resilience, infrastructure protection, and sustainable community development.

Plan and support stormwater infrastructure, green stormwater infrastructure, watershed programs, climate adaptation, and municipal NPDES compliance initiatives. Prepare conceptual designs, technical reports, and planning documents; coordinate with agencies and project partners; support workshops, trainings, and public meetings; and manage multiple tasks across multidisciplinary environmental projects.

Manage interdisciplinary projects, budgets, schedules, scopes, and technical deliverables while collaborating with clients, agencies, Tribes, and technical teams. Support proposals, business development, grant strategies, and companywide climate initiatives. Apply climate risk frameworks, resilience metrics, environmental planning, green infrastructure, nature-based solutions, and geospatial or hydraulic modeling tools.
