Leads overnight grocery store operations by processing deliveries, stocking and organizing merchandise, creating displays, replenishing inventory, rotating products, maintaining stockroom records, receiving deliveries, and monitoring overages, shortages, and damages. Assigns work to overnight clerks and oversees maintenance personnel while maintaining store conditions and promotional displays.

Supports and supervises the cremeria department by ensuring product availability, pricing, quality, rotation, inventory, ordering, stocking, sanitation, temperature compliance, customer service, scheduling, and employee supervision. The role requires frequent work in refrigerated and freezer environments and handling heavy merchandise.

Provides administrative, communication, and program coordination support for the Continuous Improvement department. Administers communication platforms, coordinates uniform and gift card programs, maintains records and operational information, supports projects, tracks deadlines and invoices, and serves as a liaison among stores, departments, vendors, and external stakeholders. The role also drafts communications, coordinates meetings and training, manages documentation, and supports process improvements and departmental initiatives.

Manage workers’ compensation and general liability claims from intake through resolution. Review claim documentation, report incidents, maintain claim records, monitor medical treatment and modified work restrictions, coordinate with employees, stores, insurers, administrators, attorneys, and safety teams, and resolve inconsistencies. Prepare claim activity and expense reports while maintaining confidentiality and meeting strict reporting deadlines.

Retrieves and verifies ordered products using an RF scanner, builds and secures pallets, labels completed orders, and stages them for shipment. Operates pallet jacks and forklifts while following OSHA safety requirements. Maintains a clean, organized warehouse and supports accurate, timely order fulfillment. The role requires frequent lifting up to 75 pounds, flexibility for weekends, overtime, and shifts in a 24-hour production facility.
