Manages inbound receiving and put-away teams at a distribution center. Responsibilities include scheduling labor, coordinating purchase order receipts, verifying bills of lading, ensuring quality and safety compliance, staging and storing pallets, tracking trailers and SKUs, reporting exceptions, assigning pallet jacks, supervising performance, and meeting labor and financial KPIs. The role operates in a 24-hour warehouse environment with physical lifting requirements, variable temperatures, weekends, and mandatory overtime.

Receives and verifies incoming produce and miscellaneous shipments, checks product quality and quantity, scans barcodes, labels pallets, moves freight, and places products in designated warehouse or cooler locations. The role also breaks down pallets, reports shipment issues, operates an electric pallet jack, maintains receiving-area cleanliness, and follows food safety and productivity standards in a distribution-center environment.

Fulfills customer orders in freezer, produce, and dry departments by locating, picking, stacking, scanning, wrapping, and staging products. Operates an electric pallet jack, maintains order accuracy and productivity, follows food safety and workplace safety standards, reports equipment issues, and works in refrigerated and variable-temperature environments. Requires physical lifting up to 50 pounds, schedule flexibility, and the ability to stand, bend, push, pull, and reach throughout the shift.

Prepare and review assigned month-, quarter-, and year-end journal entries and financial statements; maintain balance sheet reconciliations; analyze budget vs. actuals; research and resolve P&L and balance sheet issues; collaborate with operations and senior staff; improve reporting processes and perform ad hoc analyses.
