Retrieve items from the distribution center using an RF scanner, move and palletize products for shipment, build/wrap and label pallets, follow safety/OSHA rules, and complete tasks assigned by the RF scanner or DC Manager.

Prepare, package, merchandise, and maintain fresh tortillas and related products. Operate and clean tortilla machinery, maintain cooler temperatures and logs, manage inventory and ordering, deliver excellent customer service, and uphold cleanliness, food safety, and loss-prevention standards.

Oversee daily front-end operations and lead cashier/self-checkout teams. Ensure compliance (WIC, cash handling, food safety), enforce standards for quality, cleanliness, safety, and loss prevention, manage scheduling, cash reconciliation, training, overtime control, and drive service and performance goals while developing direct reports.
