Oversees daily tortilleria operations, including ordering, vendor communication, inventory, sanitation, food safety, staffing, customer service, budgeting, sales projections, labor management, and loss prevention. Leads and develops team members, enforces quality and operational standards, controls costs, and supports broader store needs while maintaining company values.

Audits warehouse orders on facility docks for quantity, quality, labeling, pallet accuracy, and customer specifications. Processes picking exceptions, identifies mispicks and missing cases, verifies weights, documents selector errors, and reports issues to supervisors. Ensures warehouse associates follow procedures, understands basic inventory control, signs off audited shipping labels, and maintains safe work practices in a refrigerated distribution-center environment.

Manages inbound receiving and put-away teams at a distribution center. Responsibilities include scheduling labor, coordinating purchase order receipts, verifying bills of lading, ensuring quality and safety compliance, staging and storing pallets, tracking trailers and SKUs, reporting exceptions, assigning pallet jacks, supervising performance, and meeting labor and financial KPIs. The role operates in a 24-hour warehouse environment with physical lifting requirements, variable temperatures, weekends, and mandatory overtime.
