The role requires HVAC product knowledge, strong communication, multitasking, basic computer skills, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.

Serve as a counter sales representative for HVAC and refrigeration products. Support branch operations, increase sales and market share, manage inventory using company systems, build relationships with existing customers, cultivate new accounts, and develop product expertise. The role requires HVAC or refrigeration industry experience, wholesale distribution sales experience, strong communication and organizational skills, computer proficiency, and effective problem-solving abilities.

Develops and manages customer relationships across an assigned HVACR territory to increase sales. Identifies customer needs, recommends products and services, negotiates deals, prepares quotes and proposals, and supports post-sale satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining sales activity reports, handling warranties, delivery schedules, credit returns, and non-stock orders, coordinating with internal teams, and traveling throughout the territory. HVAC sales or related field experience, a valid driver license, and willingness to travel are required.
