Develop new HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical dealer and contractor accounts while growing existing customer revenue and margins. Present equipment and sales programs, expand product market share, cultivate business relationships, identify high-value accounts, and become a product expert. The role independently manages a local territory covering Youngstown, Canton, Akron, and Warren, Ohio, with regular customer travel.

Assist HVAC contractors and trade professionals with product selection, order processing, pricing, availability, returns, and warranty inquiries. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate fulfillment, maintain counter displays, and build customer relationships. The role requires HVAC product knowledge, strong communication, multitasking, basic computer skills, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.

Serve as a counter sales representative for HVAC and refrigeration products. Support branch operations, increase sales and market share, manage inventory using company systems, build relationships with existing customers, cultivate new accounts, and develop product expertise. The role requires HVAC or refrigeration industry experience, wholesale distribution sales experience, strong communication and organizational skills, computer proficiency, and effective problem-solving abilities.
