Prepares, portions, assembles, and delivers meals to nursing or dining areas. Maintains food safety and cleanliness by sanitizing dishes, utensils, equipment, and work areas. Manages food and floor supplies using first-in, first-out procedures, disposes of refuse according to policy, and supports resident satisfaction through timely, accurate, and cooperative service.

Lead nursing staff, provide resident care, administer medications and treatments, implement care plans, transcribe physician orders, document assessments, participate in shift reports, educate support staff, maintain infection-control standards, and address staffing shortages. Requires an RN or LVN license in good standing, strong assessment and documentation skills, effective communication, organization, emergency response, and attention to detail.
