Teams at Heritage at Longview Healthcare Center

Provides direct nursing care and leads care teams in a resident-care setting. Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments, implementing care plans, transcribing physician orders, documenting assessments, participating in shift reports, educating support staff, maintaining safety and infection-control standards, and coordinating staffing coverage. Requires an RN or LVN license in good standing, strong clinical assessment and documentation skills, effective communication, organization, and emergency responsiveness.
