Assists with meal service in a resident-care setting by assembling trays, delivering meal carts, preparing and portioning food, rotating supplies, disposing of refuse, and sanitizing dishes, utensils, equipment, and work areas. Follows menus, standardized recipes, food-safety procedures, departmental policies, and schedules while supporting resident satisfaction and collaborating effectively with the dietary team.

Lead nursing staff, provide resident care, administer medications and treatments, implement care plans, transcribe physician orders, document assessments, participate in shift reports, educate support staff, maintain infection-control standards, and address staffing shortages. Requires an RN or LVN license in good standing, strong assessment and documentation skills, effective communication, organization, emergency response, and attention to detail.
