Supports attorneys with trial and arbitration preparation, including witness scheduling, expert witness coordination, trial file preparation, arbitration packets, court submissions, calendar management, and tracking motion deadlines to prevent defaults.

Provides clerical and administrative support across multiple departments. Maintains physical and offsite file records, processes file requests and copying, manages incoming and outgoing mail, prepares documents for mailing, supplies office and kitchen materials, and performs basic office equipment maintenance while delivering professional customer service.

Manages first-party insurance cases from inception through resolution, including court appearances, depositions, EUOs, arbitrations, motions, and preparation of AAA arbitration documents. Researches liability, regulatory, and coverage issues; provides legal advice to HIC; communicates with legal and claims staff; maintains case activity records; and escalates significant litigation risks.
