Lead development and deployment of production-grade internal and customer-facing software, including scalable Big Data pipelines and cloud-native services. Responsibilities include Agile delivery, CI/CD, automated testing, defect analysis, production monitoring, stakeholder demonstrations, backlog planning, and 24/7 product support. The role requires strong Java backend development, Flink and Kafka expertise, REST APIs, AWS and Kubernetes deployment, databases, and DevOps practices.

Own and continuously improve the company-wide software error and defect management framework. Govern Jira workflows, templates, fields, dashboards, KPIs, SLAs, and reporting while defining integrations and data mappings with systems such as ServiceNow. Lead defect lifecycle practices, process governance, escalation, and cross-functional alignment across multiple products and teams without direct authority.

Develop and manage advanced Tableau dashboards, reporting, and BI solutions. Clean and standardize data with data science and engineering teams, write SQL queries, manage ETL processes, optimize dashboard performance, and administer Tableau workbooks, permissions, and refresh schedules. Provide end-user support, documentation, and data storytelling for nontechnical users while integrating databases and cloud services.
