Responsibilities include mentoring engineers, improving database integrity, automating processes, performing root-cause analysis, supporting software development, leading pilots and launches, conducting spatial analytics, and managing cross-functional technical programs. The role requires expertise in geospatial technologies, software engineering, data analysis, cloud platforms, AI/ML, Agile delivery, and operational readiness.

Execute risk-based IT audit engagements covering SOX ITGCs, application controls, cybersecurity, cloud, privacy, AI governance, technology operations, and third-party risks. Responsibilities include planning, risk assessment, control testing, audit reporting, remediation validation, SOC report reviews, stakeholder collaboration, and improving audit methodologies through analytics and automation.

Designs and validates enterprise solutions for strategic customers using HERE APIs, SDKs, platform services, and mapping technologies. Leads technical discovery, architecture design, demonstrations, workshops, evaluations, and proof-of-concept engagements. Partners with Sales, Product, Engineering, Services, and Customer Success teams to address customer requirements, risks, integrations, and implementation readiness. Communicates technical recommendations and tradeoffs to business and technical stakeholders while supporting account planning, competitive evaluations, expansion opportunities, and successful presales-to-implementation handoffs.
