Investigate and resolve complex production issues across backend services, data workflows, and technical support systems. Analyze logs, query SQL and MongoDB databases, troubleshoot JSON/YAML configurations, support client integrations, and assist with bug fixes and data validation. Partners with international product and engineering teams, provides actionable executive reporting, and uses AI tools to improve decision-making and organizational efficiency. The role requires strategic judgment, operational excellence, consensus-building, and experience in healthcare technology, consulting, or startup environments.

Lead strategic account management for public sector healthcare clients to drive retention, revenue growth, adoption, and expansion. Serve as primary executive contact, manage renewals and procurement cycles, run business reviews, identify new use cases, coordinate cross-functional teams, and track outcomes to mitigate risk and maximize client value.

Lead a founding product effort to take validated concepts through market validation and initial scale. Conduct UXR and market validation, define product-market fit, execute launches and GTM, drive growth and engagement, partner with engineering, design, data science, clinical and commercial teams, and establish metrics to guide go/no-go decisions.

Lead end-to-end development of predictive ML models for user engagement and cardiovascular risk: data exploration, feature engineering, training, validation, deployment, monitoring, A/B testing, and MLOps; write production-grade Python; apply strong statistical methods, causal inference, and advanced ML techniques; collaborate with product, data, and software teams.
