Leads strategic Fortune 500 client accounts across the full customer lifecycle, including adoption, retention, renewals, revenue growth, and executive relationship management. Partners with product teams to influence roadmap decisions and champion new offerings. Requires enterprise customer success or account management experience, employer healthcare expertise, strong communication, strategic thinking, and fluency with AI tools. Travel up to 40% is required.

Build and maintain scalable mobile and backend software using React Native and related technologies. Design reusable frontend architecture, integrate data science capabilities, collaborate across Product, Design, and Engineering, and own projects from technical design through deployment and optimization. Use AI development tools while maintaining strong engineering judgment and contribute to architectural and platform improvements.

Own product quality from feature planning through production release. Design and execute exploratory, functional, regression, and end-to-end tests across mobile applications and backend services. Investigate and prioritize defects, communicate risks, collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering, and improve QA processes. The role requires strong manual QA, mobile testing, analytical skills, independent test planning, cross-functional communication, and use of AI tools to improve testing workflows.
