Support scientists with laboratory experiments, maintain and organize lab equipment, manage inventory and consumables, prepare presentations of experimental results, and accurately document activities in an electronic lab notebook. This six-month, paid, in-lab internship requires wet-lab experience, pipetting skills, basic dilution calculations, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in an NYC laboratory.

Supports the commercial team by maintaining CRM data, preparing sales materials, coordinating product samples and customer follow-ups, scheduling meetings, assisting with quotes and order documentation, and supporting marketing campaigns, trade shows, and events. The role also manages recurring administrative processes, compiles basic pipeline and campaign reporting, and develops skills toward lead qualification and business development responsibilities.

Drive new client acquisition and revenue through high-volume lead outreach, sales strategy, CRM pipeline management, client pitches, stakeholder engagement, pricing analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to meet sales targets.

Shoot short-form video at Helaina’s New York office, especially founder, team, lab, production, and company culture content. Direct simple on-camera setups, edit footage into caption-ready assets for Instagram and LinkedIn, maintain organized shot logs and asset libraries, and develop content ideas under marketing direction. Review product claims and study-related content before publication. The role requires independent execution, scheduling flexibility, and comfort directing the CEO.
