Develops and supports sales for new and assigned customer accounts. Responsibilities include promoting products and services, managing customer needs, preparing and executing quotes, negotiating pricing and delivery terms, maintaining customer relationships, and providing administrative and backup support to sales and branch management teams.

Provides operational support to Product Managers and Sales by maintaining supplier data, contracts, pricing, lead times, product information, quotes, samples, and opportunity trackers. Responds to pricing and delivery requests, processes cross-references and stock checks, supports quote accelerator activities, runs renewal reports, and assists with product manager projects. Requires strong organization, communication, customer service, Excel proficiency, and foundational knowledge of pricing, purchasing, margins, and inventory.

Supports branch administration, sales, management, customer service, and account development. Collaborates with inside sales, field sales, management, customers, and suppliers; learns company systems and CRM tools; supports priority branch functions; profiles accounts; identifies new customers and sales opportunities; and develops strategies to grow assigned accounts. Requires strong organization, communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, plus at least two years of sales, marketing, or sales-support experience.

Regional sales role to grow direct and indirect sales in Southern New Jersey/Delaware by expanding existing accounts, developing supplier relationships, and creating new business. Uses CRM and sales tools, targets milestone-driven opportunity goals ($150k in 90 days, $300k in six months). Requires frequent travel and ITAR U.S. Person status.

Support the Credit Department by processing credit reports, bank and trade references, handling account setups and maintenance in the ERP, using a workflow/document system, communicating credit results to Sales and Analysts, and performing related administrative tasks with same-day urgency. Maintain records, process mail, and assist on periodic tax and file-purging tasks.

Support the procurement process by confirming and expediting factory purchase orders, tracking deliveries, maintaining supplier data, performing procurement data entry and clerical tasks, escalating delivery or order issues, suggesting process improvements, and ensuring compliance with Quality Management System and DFAR requirements.

Procure supplier products for stock and customer orders, set inventory levels and stocking profiles, negotiate with suppliers, resolve receiving and accounting issues, escalate critical supplier problems, and drive process improvements while complying with the company Quality Management System and DFAR requirements.
