Leads Inside Sales operational effectiveness across multiple regions by standardizing processes, improving workflows, coordinating training and system rollouts, and supporting customer care and regional programs. Partners with branch, district, sales, operations, IT, procurement, and training leaders to drive consistent execution, resolve escalations, improve customer experience, and support staffing and organizational needs. The role also leads tariff mitigation activities and provides cross-functional coaching without direct reporting authority.

Own supplier relationships and product lines while developing strategies to achieve revenue and margin goals. Lead pricing negotiations, quoting, market intelligence, inventory recommendations, and supplier reviews. Serve as a product subject matter expert, support sales enablement and training, and collaborate with sales, procurement, operations, and marketing to drive growth, improve win rates, and support complex opportunities.

Develops and supports sales for new and assigned customer accounts. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, promoting products and services, preparing quotes, negotiating pricing and delivery terms, managing customer relationships, and providing administrative support to sales teams and branch management. The role requires customer service, communication, problem-solving, business acumen, organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and sales tracking software.
