Develops and supports sales for new and assigned customer accounts. Responsibilities include promoting products and services, managing customer needs, preparing and executing quotes, negotiating pricing and delivery terms, maintaining customer relationships, and providing administrative and backup support to sales and branch management teams.

Provides operational support to Product Managers and Sales by maintaining supplier data, contracts, pricing, lead times, product information, quotes, samples, and opportunity trackers. Responds to pricing and delivery requests, processes cross-references and stock checks, supports quote accelerator activities, runs renewal reports, and assists with product manager projects. Requires strong organization, communication, customer service, Excel proficiency, and foundational knowledge of pricing, purchasing, margins, and inventory.

Supports branch administration, sales, management, customer service, and account development. Collaborates with inside sales, field sales, management, customers, and suppliers; learns company systems and CRM tools; supports priority branch functions; profiles accounts; identifies new customers and sales opportunities; and develops strategies to grow assigned accounts. Requires strong organization, communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, plus at least two years of sales, marketing, or sales-support experience.
