Lead 3rd-shift tube mill operations, supervise and develop production staff, manage schedules, oversee changeovers and breakdown recovery, enforce safety and quality (ISO9001 preferred), support maintenance, and drive continuous improvement to meet production and cost goals.

Operate tube mill line roles (end weld, paint, saw, packline, QC, floaters) on 2nd/3rd shifts. Move materials with forklift/crane, perform inspections, assist changeovers, troubleshoot breakdowns, maintain safety and quality, and support production flow.

Manage accounts payable and receivable, perform account reconciliations, assist with general ledger and month-end journal entries, prepare customer invoicing and deposits, support year-end audit work, and assist with data analysis and departmental cross-training.

Handle customer order entry, provide quotes, resolve inquiries and chargebacks, release finished goods, build customer relationships, and cross-train to support the team.

Operate and assist with steel processing tasks including forklift and overhead crane operation, material handling, machine operation (including slitters), and maintaining production documents. Perform physically demanding duties (standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs). Work 2nd or 3rd shifts with pay differential and production incentives.

Operate forklifts and overhead cranes, perform visual quality inspections, manage materials and packaging, assist with changeovers, respond to breakdowns, and maintain safe, efficient production on 2nd or 3rd shift in a tube mill environment.
