Provides high-level administrative and operational support to an executive by managing calendars, meetings, travel, communications, confidential matters, reports, presentations, expenses, budgets, events, deadlines, and project follow-up. The role requires exceptional organization, discretion, communication, judgment, multitasking, and flexibility across Miami and Sunrise work locations.

Provides administrative HR support under the Regional Human Resource Manager, including recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, onboarding, orientation, benefits and timecard verification, employee records management, HRIS updates, data entry, filing, and answering employee questions. Handles phone calls, visitors, mail, paperwork, and confidential personnel information while assisting with daily office administration.
