The Kitting Associate is responsible for picking, packing, and staging kits, updating work order status, and conducting inspections. This role includes delivering to customers, supporting inventory projects, and maintaining quality service in a warehouse environment.

Manage day-to-day accounts payable: verify invoices against POs, prepare ACH/wires/checks, record payments, maintain documentation, respond to vendors, assist month-end close and audits, and collaborate with AR and other departments.

Provide administrative and organizational support to the Quality Control department: maintain paper and electronic documents, complete forms, copy/scan, perform data entry, and other assigned clerical duties. Use MS Office and work independently with attention to detail.
