Manages general ledger activity, reconciliations, month-end close, financial reporting, tax filings, audit documentation, and receivables analysis. The role maintains accounting data and controls across Aspire and Acumatica, supports operating-company integrations, investigates variances, and provides accounting assistance to regional stakeholders. Success requires accurate and timely close processes, strong internal controls, effective collaboration, and organized recordkeeping.

Supports HR operations for field employees, including onboarding, employee records, bilingual English-Spanish interpretation and translation, workers’ compensation claims, benefits communications, training systems, employee recognition, recruiting support, HR reporting, and front-desk coverage. Maintains confidential documentation, assists with process improvements, and responds to employee and applicant questions while providing organized administrative support.

Manages commercial landscape client relationships, service schedules, contract renewals, proposals, enhancement opportunities, and customer records. Ensures snow removal and deicing services meet property specifications and profitability goals, performs route management duties during winter, and supports branch operations. Requires commercial landscaping management experience, knowledge of regional industry regulations and safety practices, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
