Supports HR operations for field employees, including onboarding, employee records, bilingual English-Spanish interpretation and translation, workers’ compensation claims, benefits communications, training systems, employee recognition, recruiting support, HR reporting, and front-desk coverage. Maintains confidential documentation, assists with process improvements, and responds to employee and applicant questions while providing organized administrative support.

Manages commercial landscape client relationships, service schedules, contract renewals, proposals, enhancement opportunities, and customer records. Ensures snow removal and deicing services meet property specifications and profitability goals, performs route management duties during winter, and supports branch operations. Requires commercial landscaping management experience, knowledge of regional industry regulations and safety practices, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Oversee landscape enhancement projects from estimating through execution. Responsibilities include leading crews, coordinating labor and materials, scheduling work, conducting site visits, managing budgets and job costing, ensuring quality and safety, developing field teams, communicating with clients, and preparing operational paperwork. The role also supports seasonal snow removal operations and maintains profitability accountability.
