Process multi-state payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees, maintain payroll records (PTO, garnishments), assist with reporting, audits, year-end processing, and benefits reconciliations. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, perform quality checks, support payroll projects, and improve payroll/HRIS processes while providing internal customer service.

Apply liquid fertilizers and herbicides safely and per regulations, set up and maintain spray truck, supervise daily routines, assist with aeration/seeding, ensure customer satisfaction and public safety.

Manage and grow a portfolio of landscaping clients by building relationships, presenting property improvement recommendations, handling all client communication, scheduling site visits, resolving issues, driving enhancement sales and estimations, and achieving revenue, profitability, and contract renewal goals.
