Teams at Heartland

Perform tree climbing, pruning, trimming, and removals up to 75+ ft using proper PPE, rigging, and equipment. Operate and maintain chainsaws, grinders, chippers, and loaders. Follow ISA/ANSI safety standards, attend safety trainings, and be available for occasional Fridays, weekends, and emergency callouts.

Manage a portfolio of landscape clients by building relationships, recommending property improvements, handling communications, scheduling site visits, resolving issues, driving enhancement sales and estimations, and achieving revenue, profitability, and contract renewal goals.
