We are seeking an organized, energetic, and service-minded Bilingual Human Resources Assistant to support our employees, job applicants, and expanding HR operations. - Be the all-around HR "Go To" person for our field teams.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, including required paperwork and information entry in ADP and other company systems.
- Maintain accurate, confidential employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
Provide verbal interpretation and written translation in English and Spanish.
- Assist with workers compensation claim filling and employee support.
Assist with benefits, policy, and handbook communications while tracking required forms and acknowledgments.
Maintain the LSI Learning Management System and support employee training and safety communications.
Provide administrative support for employee recognition programs, meetings, and company events.
Prepare basic HR reports, organize employment data, and help improve administrative processes and systems.
- Provide daily front-desk and receptionist coverage, including answering phones and welcoming employees, applicants, and other visitors.
- Support recruiting activities, communicating with applicants, and answering general HR questions.
Assist with additional HR projects and responsibilities as assigned.
Fluency in Spanish and English, including verbal and written communication, is required.
Two or more years of experience in an HR or professional office environment is preferred.
Experience using ADP or a comparable human resources information system is preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong written communication, recordkeeping, and basic reporting skills.
A professional, approachable, and service-oriented communication style.
Sound judgment and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
Experience identifying and implementing process improvements is highly desirable.
