Provides high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO and executive leadership team. Manages calendars, meetings, travel, correspondence, records, reports, follow-up activities, events, office resources, and confidential information. Provides clinical skills education for Medical Assistant trainees and Patient Care Team Nurses, including lesson planning, skills-lab instruction, preceptor coordination, new-hire orientation, competency evaluation, and BLS certification training. Collaborates with clinical and organizational leaders to develop orientation schedules, training materials, and competency programs. Supports quality improvement initiatives and travels across HealthLinc sites and to conferences as needed.

Provide help-desk support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, phones, network hardware and applications; manage user accounts, document fixes, deploy systems at locations, research and suggest new technology, maintain schedules, and support IT team and healthcare confidentiality requirements.

As a Patient Care Team Nurse, you will evaluate patient care systems, collaborate with healthcare teams, report patient progress, and assist patients in their care needs.
