Oversee clinic operations and staff, ensure compliance with policies (OSHA, HIPAA, FTCA), manage hiring, training, scheduling, budgets, billing coordination, patient concerns, safety drills, and community outreach to maintain high-quality patient-centered care.

Support quality improvement projects by assisting with data collection, process mapping, basic analysis, documentation, and team coordination to help implement improvements.

As a Patient Care Team Nurse, you will evaluate patient care systems, collaborate with healthcare teams, report patient progress, and assist patients in their care needs.
