Provide front-line IT support and troubleshooting for OS, applications, desktops/laptops, printers, phones and networking. Manage help desk tickets, deploy systems, perform user account maintenance, document solutions, research and implement new technologies, and help maintain system schedules while protecting confidential patient and financial data.
