Implements a community-wide health and wellness program across 10–20 school sites in the Charleston, West Virginia region. Recruits, trains, schedules, and supervises college mentors; builds relationships with schools, universities, and community partners; researches health inequities; tracks outcomes; coordinates supplies and logistics; delivers health education lessons and events; and supports social media and stakeholder communications.

Lead HealthCorps’ Midwest/Appalachia programs across multiple states, including a major federally funded initiative in West Virginia. Manage regional staff, coach program leaders, oversee grant compliance, budgets, reporting, partnerships, outcomes, and program quality. Build relationships with schools, funders, and community organizations while collaborating with national leadership on standardized systems, strategic planning, and regional expansion. The remote role requires approximately 15–25% regional travel, occasional evening or overnight work, and participation in company meetings.

Lead and manage HealthCorps programming in Charleston, WV: recruit/train/supervise 15+ near-peer mentors, build partner relationships, run school and community health initiatives, track impact and produce reports, manage budgets and travel to sites (40-60%).

Lead and build HealthCorps' Growth & Strategic Partnerships Division: develop and steward funder, corporate, school, and community partnerships; close and manage revenue-generating relationships; set brand and communications strategy; grow alumni and local hub partnerships; manage a small leadership team and division KPIs and budget.

Support regional marketing and communications by creating and capturing digital content, managing social channels, assisting with event promotion, drafting communications, designing marketing materials, tracking engagement analytics, and representing HealthCorps at school sites and community events.
