Designs and delivers onboarding and ongoing professional development for college-aged mentors, translates curriculum into mentor-ready training, partners with curriculum and program teams, coaches mentors in the field, creates mentor resources, and uses data to improve implementation and fidelity.

Mentors will empower teens to make healthier choices by leading health and wellness clubs in schools, assessing needs, and fostering community outreach.

The Regional Program Manager will implement a wellness program, manage a team of mentors, build community partnerships, and oversee health initiatives in Atlantic City.
