Designs and maintains automated test frameworks and scripts for web applications and APIs using Java and Selenium. Performs API, performance, load, and database testing; integrates tests into Jenkins CI/CD pipelines; manages defects; collaborates with development and product teams; and supports Agile ceremonies and quality-focused software releases.

Design, develop, deploy, monitor, and support healthcare interfaces using HL7 and DICOM standards. Responsibilities include prospect and competitive research, campaign messaging and optimization, sales alignment, event evaluation, webinar planning and execution, email follow-up, reporting, and day-to-day management of CRM, email, and webinar tools.

Build and deploy enterprise AI voice and chat agents, develop agentic solutions using LLMs, perform prompt engineering, integrate APIs and backend systems, and improve AI system performance and scalability. The role requires experience with AI/ML, Python, GenAI, LLMs, chatbots, voice bots, AI agents, RAG, and NLP concepts.

Provide first- and second-level technical support while administering Windows/Linux servers, Azure, Microsoft 365, networks, endpoints, security, backups, and IT assets. Resolve helpdesk tickets within SLA, support onboarding and offboarding, monitor system performance, coordinate vendors, maintain documentation, enforce security and compliance policies, and assist with infrastructure migrations, upgrades, and rollouts.

Develop and maintain software using C#, .NET, SQL, React, and JavaScript. Responsibilities include applying design patterns, writing complex MS-SQL queries, developing service-oriented applications, and potentially using .NET Core.
