Leads a software development team and oversees the full software development lifecycle. Provides architectural and technical direction, drives engineering best practices, mentors and hires developers, manages Agile delivery, and collaborates with product, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders. Ensures software quality, security, performance, reliability, cloud cost-effectiveness, and timely project delivery while troubleshooting technical issues and managing risks.

Design Azure infrastructure for AI services using container services and PostgreSQL. Build deployment pipelines for the Azure AI infrastructure and applications, establish application monitoring, and provide debugging guidance. This is a contract role, with immediate joiners preferred.

Performs manual functional, regression, integration, and usability testing; develops and maintains test cases, test plans, and reports; tracks defects in Jira; applies SQL and potentially API testing with Postman; collaborates with cross-functional Agile/Scrum teams; and provides feedback on product quality and testability, preferably within US healthcare technology.
