Manages grant development and administration for health center initiatives, including researching funding opportunities, writing proposals, monitoring program progress and budgets, analyzing data, preparing reports, maintaining compliance records, and supporting HRSA grant applications. The role collaborates with executive leadership, sponsors, stakeholders, and internal teams while tracking deadlines, requirements, and restricted funding.

The Physician provides direct medical care, emergency medical care, patient counseling, and supervises mid-level providers, while ensuring confidentiality and participating in quality assurance activities.

Provide behavioral health services integrated with primary care: intake, individual/group/family/couples therapy, brief SBIRT interventions, assessments, referrals, psychoeducation, staff training, and collaboration with primary care and care managers to develop and revise treatment plans.
