Provide behavioral health services integrated with primary care: intake, individual/group/family/couples therapy, brief SBIRT interventions, assessments, referrals, psychoeducation, staff training, and collaboration with primary care and care managers to develop and revise treatment plans.

The Enrollment Specialist assists individuals with enrollment into health insurance programs, educates the public about coverage options, and supports outreach efforts in the community.

The Behavior Health Specialist provides behavioral health services, conducts intakes, offers therapy, collaborates with primary care, and provides training to clinic staff.
