Provide behavioral health services integrated with primary care: intake, individual/group/family/couples therapy, brief SBIRT interventions, assessments, referrals, psychoeducation, staff training, and collaboration with primary care and care managers to develop and revise treatment plans.

The Behavior Health Specialist provides behavioral health services, conducts intakes, offers therapy, collaborates with primary care, and provides training to clinic staff.

The School-Based Psychotherapist provides behavioral health services to K-12 students, including assessments, counseling, collaboration with school personnel, and training on mental health topics.
