Manages grant development and administration for health center initiatives, including researching funding opportunities, writing proposals, monitoring program progress and budgets, analyzing data, preparing reports, maintaining compliance records, and supporting HRSA grant applications. The role collaborates with executive leadership, sponsors, stakeholders, and internal teams while tracking deadlines, requirements, and restricted funding.

Oversee retail pharmacy operations, dispensing, supplies, regulatory compliance, staff licensing, training, supervision, financial reporting, and quality improvement. Manage Health West’s 340B Pharmacy program, ensuring program integrity, compliance, staff education, utilization tracking, savings analysis, issue resolution, and communication with pharmacy leadership and administration.

Provides behavioral health services to K–12 students, including screening, assessment, psychotherapy, group treatment, psychoeducation, crisis planning, suicide risk assessment, and care coordination. Collaborates with school personnel, primary care providers, psychiatrists, patients, and families to develop treatment plans and behavioral health protocols. Provides staff training, outreach, advocacy, documentation, case consultation, quality improvement, and community representation.
