Provides telephone triage, patient follow-up, medication refills, referral coordination, recall tracking, and chronic-condition coaching. Coordinates care across departments, supports in-person clinical coverage, documents outreach and patient outcomes, collects quality data, and assists patients with accessing medical and social services. Participates in quality improvement, meetings, health fairs, and other clinic activities while following established policies and workflows.

Supports in-person clinical care as needed, documents encounters, tracks quality measures, coordinates with departments, and assists patients in accessing medical and social services. Requires medical assistant certification, an Idaho practical nursing license or equivalent, and current BLS certification.

Leads financial strategy, budgeting, accounting, revenue cycle management, grants, contracts, insurance, audits, compliance, and risk management for a community health center. Partners with executive leadership and the Board on financial planning, performance improvement, reporting, and long-term sustainability. Oversees finance and accounting teams, ensures compliance with GAAP, HRSA, nonprofit, IRS, and grant requirements, and manages financial systems, controls, and operational efficiency initiatives.
