Operate next-generation sequencing workflows within a core lab: perform nucleic acid extraction, library preparation, QC, instrument operation, basic troubleshooting, and assist with metagenomics sequencing and data quality under general supervision to support public health research.

Conduct occupational health surveillance research: organize and format datasets, produce statistical summaries, charts, tables, and graphs, interpret results, support exposure investigations, and help disseminate findings to stakeholders.

Lead analysis, visualization, and reporting for infectious and emerging health threats; produce the Global Health Update report; collect and analyze public health data, write and disseminate reports, respond to ad-hoc requests, and coordinate global health reporting and engagement with partners including WHO GOARN.
