Provide administrative support to the Program Team: manage calendars, process clearance and publication forms, coordinate vendors (Zoom, SurveyMonkey), handle purchase orders, organize SharePoint, assist with correspondence and day-to-day operations, and support outreach and technical assistance activities for public health workforce awareness.

Coordinate outreach and technical assistance to build public health workforce capacity across Western New York. Develop and maintain partnerships with local health departments, K-12 and higher education institutions; design and support internships, fellowships, and apprenticeships; provide training and ongoing support to hosts and participants; maintain placement records; lead professional development programming; promote workforce awareness at events; and ensure grant compliance.

Coordinate outreach and technical assistance to build public health workforce pipelines across 14 Central New York counties. Develop partnerships with local health departments, K-12 and higher education, design and support internships, fellowships, externships, provide training and program support, track placements, manage memoranda of understanding, deliver professional development, promote workforce awareness at events, and ensure continuous quality improvement and grant deliverable compliance.

Lead development of web applications supporting laboratory accessioning, processing, resulting and reporting. Duties include technical design, programming, unit/component/integration testing, release management, code reviews, documentation, and customer technical support in a regulated environment.

Lead design, development, testing, deployment, and release management for HERDS and SMART applications. Write technical designs, code, unit tests, resolve defects, coordinate with infrastructure and grant partners, ensure frequent security patching, and provide technical support and documentation.

Provide administrative support for the Bureau of Environmental & Occupational Epidemiology, managing correspondence with study subjects, procurement, grant administration, travel arrangements, and daily office operations while ensuring compliance with funding and contract deliverables.

Lead design and implementation of epidemiologic research and evaluations examining socioeconomic conditions, community wealth-building, and population health. Develop analytic plans, obtain and manage datasets, design surveys, build and validate measures, produce reports/publications, collaborate with partners, and provide technical guidance to staff.

Administer and manage contracts and subrecipient agreements: create and negotiate contracts and amendments, process budget modifications and voucher payments, coordinate close-outs, and collaborate with sponsored programs, compliance, and finance teams to ensure contract compliance and accurate processing.
