Lead day-to-day operations of the Quality of Care program for statewide HIV clinics. Manage program planning, design, implementation, evaluation, and quality improvement activities. Supervise quality consultants, monitor clinic quality management programs, provide technical assistance and capacity building, ensure grant compliance and performance measurement, and support HIV-related harm reduction, equity, and stigma-reduction initiatives. Position requires travel for site support and coordination.

Perform bacterial clinical testing and surveillance using conventional and molecular methods: accession specimens, culture aerobic and anaerobic bacteria, run antimicrobial susceptibility testing, and apply DNA extraction, real-time PCR, and sequencing techniques to support public health laboratory operations.

Support the NY State School Environmental Health Program by conducting indoor air quality assessments, preparing technical reports and materials, advising schools on exposure control, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and state/local partners to improve environmental health in K-12 and other schools.
