Manage program, contract, and fiscal activities for the Office of Health Equity and Human Rights; supervise staff; formulate policy; coordinate grant-funded program planning, implementation, evaluation, and resource allocation; liaise with public health staff and stakeholders; ensure compliance with grant and contract deliverables; represent the office and provide technical assistance to contractors.

Coordinates contract processing from development through execution, reviewing scopes, budgets, selection criteria, funding changes, vouchers, and vendor banking information for compliance and accuracy. Provides technical assistance, monitors subcontract inquiries, troubleshoots issues, updates procedures, documents processes, and supports system improvements. The role also contributes to contract and payment administration, training, and grant management activities.
