Supports business resiliency and continuity programs through business impact analyses, risk assessments, plan development, readiness evaluations, and recovery exercises. Provides consultation to operational, third-party, subsidiary, and cross-functional teams; facilitates lessons learned; maintains policies and standards; conducts awareness activities; manages reporting and databases; and leads resiliency-related projects.

Researches refund checks, out-of-balance entries, and non-negotiated checks, determining whether provider payments should be offset, voided, or reissued. Applies knowledge of healthcare reimbursement methodologies, complex pricing, contract pricing, and coordination of benefits. Requires strong mathematics, organization, problem-solving, analytical, teamwork, and time-management skills.

Leads information security governance, risk, and compliance programs; maintains compliance frameworks and security policies; oversees exceptions, subsidiary risk, and third-party risk. The role facilitates security risk identification, remediation, tracking, and reporting; supports compliance attestations; recommends control improvements; manages GRC budgets and resources; and contributes to investment and prioritization decisions while leading teams and influencing stakeholders.
