Supports Teradata infrastructure operations, administration, monitoring, performance troubleshooting, upgrades, migrations, backup and recovery, disaster recovery, and platform stability. Collaborates with cross-functional and distributed teams on infrastructure builds, automation, incident management, operational readiness documentation, and Level 3 support. Performs root cause analysis, resolves database and infrastructure issues, identifies risks and bottlenecks, and helps implement new platform technologies and enhancements.

Develop and maintain scalable applications across traditional and Agile environments. Responsibilities include application design, coding, unit testing, integration, deployment, technical documentation, incident support, reusable component development, requirements analysis, and participation in product prioritization and technology roadmaps. The role also supports cloud, mobile, integration, configuration, performance management, and systems change initiatives.

Leads business and technical requirements gathering for data projects, develops user stories and acceptance criteria, translates requirements into technical specifications, performs data profiling and source-to-target mapping, and validates solutions during delivery and user acceptance testing. Partners with architects, data engineers, and business stakeholders to shape data products, support strategy and innovation, and analyze healthcare technology trends. The role requires expertise in healthcare IT/data, database platforms, data modeling, schedulers, programming languages, and Agile delivery.
