Monitor and verify trainee identity during virtual labs, enforce lab rules, provide technical assistance and course navigation support, report irregularities, and communicate issues to supervisors while maintaining professionalism.

Proctor eLearning labs by opening/closing sites, checking in trainees, verifying IDs, launching courses, monitoring exams for policy adherence, providing technical assistance, maintaining inventory and cleanliness, reporting issues, and assisting Safety Instructors with classroom logistics and testing.
